The Five Blocks team is made up of professionals from diverse backgrounds,
most of whom have come from different industries.

Sam Michelson has a background in Product Management of
internet-related software products. After receiving his BA in Psychology and
Masters in Management, Sam served as an organizational psychologist in the
Israel Defense Forces. Sam worked for 10 years in various start-ups before
developing his own website to sell VOIP products in 2003. That first site,
YouNeverCall.com was later morphed into an online cell phone superstore, at its
height processing over $7M/year in cell phone and accessory sales.

By 2004 the company had started consulting work for a leading law practice in
Houston, managing several million $ in online ad spend and SEO annually.

Sam manages the company's day-to-day operations including working with the
technical and marketing teams and negotiating business relationships with new
clients and partners.

The team have developed hundreds of online properties for their business as well as to support SEO and SEM efforts of their clients.

Ori Einhorn comes with more than 2 years of intense SEO/SEM
experience in addition to a natural understanding of human psychology and a
great sense of online graphics and style. Ori manages our critical client
reporting function and develops new social marketing concepts for the company's
own sites as well as those of our clients.

Steve Shochet, in his 3rd year at the company has a background
working in both small and large organizations. He has organized large scale
multi-year campaigns, and has also been responsible for implementing a system of
quality control at multiple organizations. He is responsible for planning and
implementing many of the SEO and Paid advertising programs we use. Steve is also
responsible for the company's analytics and competitive intelligence efforts.

Aaron Frazer is the company's technical guru. He is responsible
for much of what takes place behind the scenes. He maintains and develops the
company's website infrastructure. Aharon comes with years of experience in
programming as well as several years of experience in education.
